Please read these terms carefully before using our services or placing orders for PCB stamping molds.
Welcome to SK PCB Tools. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our PCB stamping molds, OEM/ODM services, and related technical support. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
01 Definitions
"Products" refers to PCB stamping molds (FR1, CEM2, Aluminum, etc.), spare parts, and custom tooling manufactured by SK PCB Tools.
"Client" refers to the entity or individual purchasing Products or Services.
"Customization" refers to molds designed according to specific technical drawings or samples provided by the Client.
02 Orders & Customization (OEM/ODM)
2.1 Design Confirmation: For all custom mold orders, the Client must review and approve the final engineering drawings before production begins. SK PCB Tools is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect specifications provided or approved by the Client.
2.2 Tolerance Standards: Unless otherwise specified in the contract, all molds are manufactured according to standard industrial tolerances suitable for the specified substrate material (FR1/FR2/CEM2/Aluminum).
2.3 Modifications: Any changes to the design after production has commenced may incur additional costs and delay the delivery schedule.
03 Payment Terms
- Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed.
- For bulk or custom orders, a deposit (typically 30-50%) is required to initiate production.
- The remaining balance must be cleared prior to shipment.
- We accept bank transfers (T/T) and other agreed-upon payment methods.
04 Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Incoterms: Unless otherwise stated, terms are EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free on Board) Shenzhen, China.
4.2 Lead Time: Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference. While we strive to meet all deadlines, SK PCB Tools is not liable for delays caused by logistics carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
4.3 Packaging: All molds are packed in export-standard wooden crates or protective cases to prevent damage during transit.
05 Warranty & Liability
Coverage
We warrant that our molds are free from material defects and workmanship errors upon delivery. Technical support is provided for initial setup and debugging.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper operation, lack of maintenance, or use on unspecified substrate materials.
06 Intellectual Property
The Client retains ownership of their proprietary PCB designs provided for mold manufacturing. SK PCB Tools retains ownership of our proprietary mold structural designs and manufacturing techniques. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Client technical data.
